About the Awards

2016 Awards. 

The Customer Service Council runs an Annual Award Program which encourages individuals and organisations to achieve and promote customer service excellence, innovation, and best practice. 

“Best Practice" covers the key elements of customer satisfaction around response times, quality and depth of service including product, people and process, along with staff satisfaction, innovation, communication, technology, customer access, reporting and other key areas. 

The 2016 Awards open for nomination at a date TBA in early 2016, the assessments are carried out during June, July and August followed by the Gala Awards Event "Raising the Standards" in October 2016.   

  

How to enter

The process includes 

  1. You must be a member of the Customer Service Council.  Details and applications available to download here.
  2. Complete and return the Awards Nomination Form - availability TBA.
  3. Complete and return the written submission, addressing the awards criteria (available on application).
  4. Stage 2 will entail a “mystery shopper” telephone or face to face assessment and a website review.   
  5. Success at Stages 1 & 2 progresses you to Stage 3: a presentation against the claims made in your written submission to the CSC Judging Panel.  
  6. The Gala Awards Night for participating entrants, finalists and CSC members: a night for recognising organisations, and teams demonstrating and leading in Outstanding Customer Service Excellence. 
  7. Finalists receive a Certificate, a Medal, and a place in the CSC “Hall of Fame” and will be highlighted on our website.
