Congratulations to all the winners of the 2013 National CSC Customer Service Excellence Awards. This is deserved recognition of exceptional efforts in "Raising the Standards" to provide outstanding customer service excellence.
Winners were announced at a gala awards evening held at the Crown Perth on Saturday 21 September 2013 in front of an audience of special guests, sponsors, Board members, medal contenders and esteemed officiators such as the Right Honourable Lord Mayor Lisa M Scaffidi.
The 2013 winners for National Customer Service Excellence are :

Medium Enterprise or Division of Business - 50 to 100 FTE

The Customer Service Council Board members were awarded for their past and ongoing contribution to the customer service industry by the Lord Mayor of Perth the Rt Hon Lisa Scaffidi.
About the Awards
The Customer Service Council runs an Annual Award Program which encourages individuals and organisations to achieve and promote customer service excellence, innovation, and best practice.
“Best Practice" covers the key elements of customer satisfaction around response times, quality and depth of service including product, people and process, along with staff satisfaction, innovation, communication, technology, customer access, reporting and other key areas. The assessments are carried out during June, July and August followed by the Gala Awards Event "Raising the Standards" on the 21st September 2013.

Small – Under 50 staff ($300.00 Entry Fee)
Medium – 50-100 staff ($500.00 Entry Fee)
Large – 100 plus staff ($800.00 Entry Fee)
